▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A coating material comprises industrial graphene microchip and nanosilver particles. The particle size of the nanosilver particles is 50-200 nm. The mass ratio of the industrial graphene microchip and nanosilver particles is 4:1.7-1:1.7. The nanosilver particles grow on a surface of the industrial graphene microchip. USE - Coating material for improving surface conductivity of industrial graphene microchip. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has conductivity of 101-103 to 103-105 S/m, excellent physicochemical property, and strong experimental controllability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of coating material, which involves (1) dispersing industrial graphene in tris alkaline solution to prepare dispersion liquid, (2) adding dopamine hydrochloride to the dispersion in step (1), where the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride in the dispersion is 0.5-1.5 mg/ml, (3) stirring the dispersion in the step (2) at constant velocity, filtering, washing the obtained solid material, and vacuum drying, (4) dripping aqueous ammonia into the silver nitrate solution until the solution is clear and transparent, adding 20 g solid substance obtained in the step (3) into the silver nitrate solution prepared in each litter, uniformly dispersing the obtained solution, (5) preparing formaldehyde-ethanol-water mixed solution, where the volume ratio of formaldehyde, ethanol and water is 1:4:20, and (6) adding the solution prepared in step (5) into the solution obtained in step (4) according to the volume ratio of 2:1, continuously stirring, filtering the reaction solution, washing the precipitated material with deionized water and ethanol, and vacuum drying.
