NOVELTY - Producing flexible transparent conductive film, comprises e.g. forming graphene oxide layer by ultrasonically spraying graphene oxide dispersion solution on sacrificial substrate, performing vapor reduction or vapor reduction of oxidized graphene layer, forming sacrificial substrate layer on reduced graphene oxide by ultrasonically spraying mixed solution of graphene oxide dispersion solution and reducing agent solution on sacrificial substrate, and forming metal nanowire layer by spraying metal nanowire dispersion solution on reduced graphene oxide layer. USE - The conductive film is useful in display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and produces film having low flatness and high light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing flexible transparent conductive film, comprises (a) forming a graphene oxide layer by ultrasonically spraying graphene oxide dispersion solution on the sacrificial substrate, performing vapor reduction or vapor reduction of the oxidized graphene layer under reducing gas atmosphere, forming a sacrificial substrate layer on the reduced graphene oxide by ultrasonically spraying mixed solution of graphene oxide dispersion solution and reducing agent solution on the sacrificial substrate, (b) forming a metal nanowire layer by spraying metal nanowire dispersion solution on the reduced graphene oxide layer, (c) forming a transparent polymer substrate layer by coating polymer solution on the metal nanowire layer, and (d) removing the sacrificial substrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flexible transparent conductive film prepared by the above method.
