NOVELTY - Lubricant prepared by mixing 100 pts. wt. fatty acid, 15-25 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. catalyst, 15-25 pts. wt. inorganic modifier, 5-20 pts. wt. nano modifier, 1-2 pts. wt. glidant, 5-20 pts. wt. alkali, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. bactericide and water and carrying out polymerization reaction. USE - The lubricant is useful for nano-modified paper and paper coating. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant can significantly improve the smoothness and gloss of paper, and meet the requirements of high performance and green environmentally-friendly protection for papermaking coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lubricant, comprising (i) mixing inorganic modifier, nano modifier, alkali and water; (ii) mixing the fatty acid and the catalyst to obtain the bottom material of the kettle, and heating to 70-90degrees Celsius; (iii) dripping epichlorohydrin into bottom material for 1-3 hours at 70-90degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours; and (iv) adding the mixture, mixing evenly and cooling down to 20-40degrees Celsius, adding bactericide and glidant, and adjusting the pH to 7-11.
