▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous coating comprises 35-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin active diluent, 45-60 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc powder, 40-55 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-12 pts. wt. copper sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 10-26 pts. wt. capsaicin, 1-2 pts. wt. pyrethroids, 5-15 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and 5-10 pts. wt. barite and additive including flatting agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent and reinforcing agent. USE - The anticorrosive aqueous coating is useful for marine engineering equipment. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive aqueous coating can resist the oxidation corrosion of strong oxidizing materials i.e. concentrated acid solutions, strong intermediates, and polar solvents for a long time, can withstand the penetration and corrosion of aviation fuel and other oils, solves the problems of biological adhesion and erosion on the bottom of marine ship and the poor anti-corrosion effect of the current ship main body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous coating, comprising (a) adding 35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10 pts. wt. epoxy resin reactive diluent and 45 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion into a mixer, and stirring uniformly for 10 minutes at 400-600 revolutions/minute in a mixer to obtain the original coating solution, (b) adding 1 pts. wt. zinc powder, 40 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5 pts. wt. talc and 5 pts. wt. bentonite into a grinding jar, grinding and sieving at a uniform speed, adding into the original coating solution, and dispersing at 800-100 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes at a high speed, add the wetting and dispersing agent, pigments, fillers, antifoaming agent, reinforcing agent, and flatting agents with a mass ratio of 2:5:0.5:5:1 into the mixed solution, and continuously dispersing at a high speed for 5 minutes to obtain a mixed coating, (c) adding 5 pts. wt. graphene, 5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and 5 pts. wt. barite into a grinding tank, mixing and grinding to a fineness of less than or equal to 50 mu m to obtain mixed powder material-1, adding 5 pts. wt. copper sulfate, 10 pts. wt. capsaicin, and 1 pts. wt. pyrethroid into a grinding tank, mixing and grinding to a fineness of less than or equal to 50 mu m to obtain mixed powder material 2, and (d) pouring the mixed powder material-1 and the mixed powder material-2 into the mixed coating, and stirring at a uniform speed of 600-800 revolutions/minute for 20 minutes, and during the stirring process, and heating the mixed coating at a constant temperature to increase the mixing efficiency.
