▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon-supported transition metal catalyst, involves: 1) mixing intercalation type graphite compound, small molecule compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and transition metal organic compound for 2-4 hours; 2) putting the mixed material into the rotary furnace, under inert gas atmosphere, performing three-stage heating reaction, where first section of furnace, is a low temperature reaction section with reaction temperature 120-180 °C, and reaction time 1.5- 2.5 hours, second section is a middle temperature reaction section with reaction temperature 300 - 400 °C, and reaction time 1- 2 hours, and third section is high temperature reaction section, with reaction temperature 700- 800 °C, and reaction time 3.5-4.5 hours. USE - Carbon-supported transition metal catalyst is used in sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon-supported transition metal catalyst is prepared without using large number of environmental pollution compounds, and without generation of by-products and harmful exhaust emissions in the production process which is a simple, one pot process with low energy consumption. The prepared carbon-supported transition metal nitrogen atom catalyst exhibits good degradation effects in catalytic degradation of pollutants in water bodies and ammonia nitrogen, organic phosphorus and COD values in natural water bodies.
