NOVELTY - The device has a base (1), a drying box (2) and a dynamic temperature control device (6). The drying box is arranged on the top of the base. The top part of the feeding port (3) corresponding to the inner wall of the drying box is provided with a baffle. The inner part of the power box is provided with a third power linkage mechanism for linking the baffle with the switch assembly.
