NOVELTY - Antibacterial graphene-graphite ball composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-7 pts. wt. foaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-shrinking agent, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 3-5 pts. wt. antimicrobial agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene-graphite ball composite material, 2-3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. pigment, 1-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 5-9 pts. wt. active agent. USE - The graphene-graphite ball composite material is useful in yoga column (claimed) and for inhibiting the growth of bacteria. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-graphite ball composite material destroys the growth of bacteria and makes the yoga column grow healthily for a long time. The method increases the flexibility and antioxidant properties of the yoga mat; makes the yoga column more compatible when it comes in contact with human skin and enables users to use healthy and hygienic yoga columns for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial graphene-graphite ball composite material comprising (1) taking raw materials, (2) preheating an internal mixer at 75-86degrees Celsius, adding the raw materials in step (1) into the internal mixer, mixing for 20-25 minutes at a speed of 70-80 revolutions/minute, increasing the internal mixer to 110-120degrees Celsius, uniformly stirring, melting, discharging the raw materials under normal pressure, (3) adding the raw material after mixing in the step (2) into a screw extruder at 120-125degrees Celsius, plasticizing, extruding, (4) foaming the raw material from the extruder, where the foaming mold pressing step adopts foaming cylindrical mold including an upper mold and a lower mold, the foaming mold pressing time is 35-45 minutes, the pressure is 15 -20 MPa, the temperature is 120-135degrees Celsius and (5)forming, repairing the waste edge, checking, packaging, warehousing and completing preparation of the composite material.
