▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene/zinc ferrite/polyaniline nanocomposite comprises nitrogen-doped graphene, iron, polyaniline and zinc in mass ratio of 1:1:1-1:10:5.5. The content of nitrogen element in nitrogen-doped graphite is 1-2%. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene/zinc ferrite/polyaniline nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene/zinc ferrite/polyaniline nanocomposite has high electrochemical property and capacitance ratio of 840.1 F/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/zinc ferrite/polyaniline nanocomposite, which involves mixing ultrasonic dispersing graphite oxide in mixed solvent solution, adding iron nitrate and zinc nitrate to obtained solution and stirring to dissolve completely, adding urea to resulting solution, uniformly dispersing, adding mixture to hot water container, hydrothermally-treating at 120-200 degrees C, centrifugally-separating mixture, repeatedly washing with deionized water and obtaining nitrogen-doped graphene/zinc ferrite nanocomposite, re-dispersing obtained product in a mixed solvent, adding aniline to solution, stirring, adding initiator, mixing, centrifuging, washing and drying. The mass ratio of urea and graphite oxide is 100:1-200:1.
