▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon doped molybdenum disulfide thin film catalyst comprises (i) performing surface cleaning and drying treatment on substrate to obtain processed substrate, and (ii) (a) installing the processed substrate in the vacuum chamber of the magnetron sputtering device, and installing the molybdenum disulfide target and the carbon target on the target positions in the vacuum chamber respectively, and (b) cleaning the processed substrate by glow sputtering, introducing argon gas into the vacuum chamber, and using molybdenum disulfide target and the carbon target for co-sputtering and depositing. USE - The method for preparing carbon doped molybdenum disulfide thin film catalyst is useful in preparation of electrolytic water catalytic materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low over potential, strong conductivity, high active specific surface area and good stability, the method is simple, is economical and is environmentally friendly, solves the problems of complex process, cumbersome and delicate process, and poor stability caused by hydrothermal, solvothermal, and chemical deposition methods to prepare catalysts, and reduces the commercial cost of hydrogen production by alkaline electrolysis of water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the carbon doped molybdenum disulfide thin film catalyst prepared by above method, where the catalyst comprises a 1T- molybdenum disulfide /1T'- molybdenum disulfide, 1T- molybdenum disulfide /2H- molybdenum disulfide, and 1T'- molybdenum disulfide /2H- molybdenum disulfide mixed heterojunction catalyst; and
