NOVELTY - Polymer material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 25-35 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 15-25 pts. wt. esterified starch, 10-15 pts. wt. modified basalt fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. chitosan, 5-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-8 pts. wt. keratin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano tin oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 1-3 pts. wt. an antioxidant. USE - The polymer material is useful for producing a mineral water bottle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer material has good wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, plasticity, antibacterial and sterilization effect, and is completely biodegraded, and does not cause environmental damage. The method is simple and inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing a polymer material, comprising (a) mixing polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin and polyvinyl alcohol by weight, adding esterified starch, chitosan, and stirring at 120-140 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain a first mixture, (ii) adding the first mixture, modified basalt fiber, graphene oxide, and plasticizer to a double-rotor mixer, kneading for 10-15 minutes, and then adding keratin, nano-tin oxide, and antioxidant under stirring and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture, (iii) directly adding the silane coupling agent to the second mixture, while stirring the second mixture, uniformly stirring, and then continuously kneading for 20-40 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a third mixture, and (iv) pulverizing the third mixture into pellets and transferring to a screw extruder for extrusion, and granulating to obtain a polymer material.
