▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion UV-curable elastomer material comprises 13-48 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 1.4-15 pts. wt. fluorinated acrylate, 18-30 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 12-30 pts. wt. active monomer, 2-10 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, 2-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 2-8 pts. wt. additives and 20-50 pts. wt. functional fillers. USE - The elastomer material is used in domestic chemical industry, metallurgy industry, minerals industry and electricity industry. ADVANTAGE - The elastomer material can be rapidly cured within ten to tens of seconds under ultraviolet light irradiation, and has a larger elastic deformation than parts with larger deformation, and improves the protection and repair quality of on-site cold welding rapid leakage control and reinforcement for parts with large deformation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the elastomer material, comprising (1) adding polyurethane acrylate and epoxy acrylate into the reaction kettle after dehydration treatment, heating to 60-80℃, and performing high-speed dispersion stirring for 30-180 minutes under the conditions of 800-1500 revolutions/minute dispersing speed and 20-80 revolutions/minute stirring speed, (2) maintaining the above reaction conditions, adding fluorinated acrylate and active monomer, and continuing to disperse and stirring for 30-180 minutes, (3) maintaining the above reaction conditions, cooling to 55-65℃, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, and continuing to disperse and stir for 30-180 minutes, (4) keeping the above reaction conditions, adding additives and photoinitiator in stages, ensuring that the dispersion and stirring time for 15-35 minutes after each feeding, and continuing to disperse and stir for 30-180 minutes after the feeding is completed, (5) reducing the dispersion speed to 600-1200 revolutions/minute, adding functional fillers, dispersing and stirring for 15-35 minutes after each feeding, and continuing to disperse and stir for 30-180 minutes; and (6) after all the ingredients are added, transferring into the grinder and grinding to the required fineness.
