NOVELTY - Antimagnetic gypsum board comprises 8-15 wt.% coconut palm silk, 2-3 wt.% basalt fiber, 0.1-0.5 wt.% foaming agent, 20-30 wt.% gypsum clinker, 0.001-0.002 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.02-0.05 wt.% wetting agent Hyonic PE-100, 0.6-3 wt.% water and caustic sludge residue. USE - Antimagnetic gypsum board for use in high humidity environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gypsum board has excellent bonding strength, long service life and good electromagnetic shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of gypsum board comprising mixing coconut palm silk and caustic sludge residue, adding into mixer, stirring, and pouring into container, standing for 18-24 hours to get mixture; foaming agent and water, blowing foaming agent solution through foaming system, and adding into mixture; adding rest of raw materials, stirring into mixer to prepare uniform slurry, and performing continuous casting between two layers of paperboard by extrusion molding gypsum board wet board; and solidifying wet gypsum board, cutting, drying, and sawing gypsum board.
