NOVELTY - Preparing high heat conductivity heating non-combustion menthol slow-release material, comprises mixing nanocellulose and graphene in a mass ratio of 4-5:1 to obtain a mixed base material, adding mixed base material into the reactor, stirring, and heating menthol to 80-85degrees Celsius, spraying into the adsorption material of the reaction kettle through the high-pressure atomizing nozzle at the top of the reactor, mechanically stirring the bottom of the reaction kettle to obtain the adsorption material, passing carboxymethyl cellulose mixture through the high-pressure atomizing nozzle at the top of the reactor, spraying into the adsorption material of the reaction kettle, and mechanically stirring the bottom of the reaction kettle to obtain coating material, and preparing menthol sustained-release material with high thermal conductivity. USE - Preparing high heat conductivity heating non-combustion menthol slow-release material used in tobacco fragrance and spice production process. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the menthol slow-release material, adding graphene, which can effectively improve the problem of bad heat conducting performance of the heating non-combustion cigarette. The menthol sustained-release material menthol has good retention rate which can reach 97.3 %. The formed micro-capsule structure can ensure that menthol will not volatilize at normal temperature, when heating.
