▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene-containing thermally conductive masterbatch comprises 1-10 wt.% graphene, 1-20 wt.% modifier and 70-98 wt.% nylon 6. USE - Modified graphene-containing thermally conductive masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive masterbatch has thermal conductivity of less than or equal to 1.5 W/mK, has excellent graphene dispersibility. The method is simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing modified graphene-containing thermally conductive masterbatch, which involves (i) adding 4.5-45 mg graphene to 15-150 mL deionized water or organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing at a powder of 80-99 W at room temperature for 0.5-12 hours to obtain 0.1-0.3 mg/mL graphene dispersion, adding 9-90 mg modifier to 30-650 mL deionized or organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 80-99 W at room temperature for 0.5-12 hours to obtain modified dispersion solution, (ii) mixing modified dispersion mixed with 0.1-0.3 mg/mL graphene dispersion, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours, and then ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 80-99 W at room temperature for 0.5-12 hours to obtain homogeneous modified graphene mixture, adding 450 mg nylon 6 to 450 mL formic acid solution, stirring at 60-70 degrees C with a magnetic stirrer, and mixing for 0.5-12 hours to obtain nylon 6 dispersion mixture, (iii) mixing homogeneous modified graphene mixture with nylon 6 dispersion, stirring and mixing for 0.5-12 hours, filtering, and washing with water, and then placing in a vacuum oven and drying at 45-60 degrees C.
