▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene low-pressure heating slurry comprises 20-40 pts. wt. graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. heating carbon paste, 1-5 pts. wt. resin, 5-15 pts. wt. solvent (A), 10-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous crosslinking agent, 2-6 pts. wt. defoamer and 3-5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, where the graphene is prepared by shear stripping method. USE - The heating slurry is used for preparing graphene heating film (claimed), and used in heating materials. ADVANTAGE - The heating slurry ensures low voltage of less than 36 V, has high low voltage safety, excellent heating stability and self-bonding property, high conductivity, high heat conversion efficiency and prolonged service life, and is safe and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the heating slurry, involving (a) completely dispersing graphite and expanded graphite in solvent (B), adding surfactant, uniformly mixing, placing obtained mixture in high-speed emulsifying machine, shearing at a rotating speed of 12000-18000 rpm for 2-4 hours, performing vacuum suction filtration, and centrifuging to obtain graphene, (b) adding resin to solvent (A), uniformly stirring until completely dissolving the resin, sequentially adding obtained graphene, heating carbon paste, dispersant, aqueous crosslinking agent, defoamer and anti-settling agent, and ultrasonically dispersing obtained mixture under stirring condition for 30-45 minutes, and (c) ball milling obtained mixture, and grinding to obtain uniform slurry, which is heating slurry; and (2) a graphene heating film comprising base film, graphene heating film layer and conductive electrode, where base film, graphene heating film layer and conductive electrode are arranged at two ends of graphene heating film layer from bottom to top, and graphene heating film is above-mentioned graphene low-pressure heating slurry, and coating graphene low-pressure heating slurry on surface of base film, and drying.
