NOVELTY - A negative oxygen ion functional coating comprises 3-5 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-titanium oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 30-50 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth or montmorillonite, 10-20 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, pure benzene emulsion or water-borne polyurethane, and 20-50 pts. wt. water. USE - Negative oxygen ion functional coating used in expanded perlite external wall heat preservation board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The energy-saving and environmentally-friendly negative oxygen ion functional coating is prepared by simple process without using large-scale construction equipment, releases the negative oxygen ion concentration of 6000 ions/cm3 or more within 14 days, improves the durability and decorative effect of heat preservation board, and sterilizes and purifies air. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of negative oxygen ion functional coating; and (2) application of negative oxygen ion functional coating in expanded perlite external wall heat preservation board.
