▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of zinc oxide quantum dot/graphene composite material comprises adding potassium permanganate to mixture of graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate, stirring, diluting with deionized water under ice water bath conditions, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide, and diluting with water to obtain graphene oxide (GO) suspension; and adding metal zinc flakes, stirring at room temperature to obtain zinc hydroxide/graphene intermediate product suspension, removing zinc flakes, and heating intermediate product suspension to obtain black solid precipitate product. USE - The method is for preparation of zinc oxide quantum dot/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is time saving, and has simple operation, high efficiency, low cost and mild preparation conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a zinc oxide quantum dot/graphene composite material.
