NOVELTY - A lightweight, flexible and environmentally-friendly material comprises 65-78 pts. wt. recycled silicone grease, 2-5 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. polycarbonate resin, 1-2.5 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 2-4 pts. wt. Kevlar (RTM: Heat-resistant, synthetic, lightweight fiber yarn), 3.2-5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-4 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 2-4 pts. wt. polyester dispersion, 2-6 pts. wt. silicone oil, and 2.5-3 pts. wt. additive. USE - Lightweight, flexible and environmentally-friendly material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high elasticity and excellent anti-deformation ability, anti-staining ability, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for producing the lightweight, flexible, environmentally-friendly material, which involves: (S1) putting the recycled silicone grease into a crusher for crushing, and then carrying out pickling, washing, pH adjustment, drying and water control in sequence to obtain recycled silicone grease; (S2) putting thermoplastic polyurethane resin, polycarbonate resin, polypropylene resin, graphene powder, fluorocarbon resin and polyester dispersion into a mixer for mixing and stirring, then adding corresponding silicone oil, stirring for 30-80 minutes, then adding an additive, stirring for half an hour, finally mixing with the recycled silicone grease, and stirring for 40 minutes to obtain a mixture; (S3) putting the mixture into a homogenization tank for homogenizing and heating, so that the temperature of the mixture after homogenization is 40-60 degrees C; (S4) putting the preheated and homogenized mixture into an extruder for extrusion and granulation to obtain pellets; and (S5) mixing the pellets with the corresponding proportion of Kevlar (RTM: Heat-resistant, synthetic, lightweight fiber yarn), and then putting into an injection molding machine for extrusion molding.
