NOVELTY - The apparatus has including a holder (21) whose side portion (220) is protruded from the edge of bottom portion (210). A holder control unit is provided to control the holder to exercise in the state that is completely sunk under the catalyst metal cleaning solution along one-direction. The catalyst metal cleaning solution is fruit tree sulfate system solution. USE - Apparatus of removing catalyst metal on graphene sheet used as transparent electrode film of flexible display, organic light-emitting device and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The etching of the catalyst metal can be more facilitated, by removing the catalyst metal residue.
