NOVELTY - A graphene-fluorine modified polyurethane resin water-based functional coating comprises 60.0-80.0 pts. wt. graphene-fluorine-modified aqueous polyurethane resin, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0-1.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. dispersant, 0-10 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. wetting agent and 10.0-26.0 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene-fluorine-modified aqueous polyurethane resin contains polyisocyanate, polyol and polyamine-based chain extender. USE - Graphene-fluorine modified polyurethane resin water-based functional coating used for cement concrete, metal and wood material. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high mechanical strength, low surface tension with excellent self-cleaning property, excellent anti-fouling and anti-corrosion properties, and antistatic characteristics.
