▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of lightweight high-strength concrete comprises uniformly mixing 25-45 pts. wt. fly ash, 15-35 pts. wt. cement, 15-30 pts. wt. fine sand, 5-12 pts. wt. diatomite, 3-15 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 3-12 pts. wt. polyaluminum chloride, 15-48 pts. wt. light aggregate, 1-5 pts. wt. reinforcing fibers and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and mechanically stirring to obtain mixed powder; uniformly dispersing 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. water-reducing agent and 0-5 pts. wt. other additives in water, adding mixed powder, continuously stirring for 60-150 seconds to obtain mixed slurry, adding 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent to the mixed slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain concrete material precursor; and pouring concrete material precursor into a mold up to 20-60 vol.% of mold, covering and sealing, standing for 1 hour, solidifying for 6-8 hours, demolding, and curing. USE - Method for preparing lightweight high-strength concrete. ADVANTAGE - The resulting concrete has light weight, high strength and good weather resistance; and satisfies concrete performance index requirements for construction industry.
