▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of cerium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer involves pretreating surface of low-carbon steel, placing in cerium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition solution, ultrasonically processing at 85-88 degrees C, and drying. The composite deposition liquid comprises 25-50 g nickel sulfate hexahydrate, 1-3 g sodium molybdate, 10-40 g sodium hypophosphite, 10-50 g trisodium citrate, 5-15 g lactic acid, 0.01-0.2 g lead acetate, 0.1-5 g barium, 1-5 g graphene oxide and 0.04-0.06 g sodium lauryl sulfate. USE - Preparation of cerium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides cerium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer without surface cracks and large voids. The cerium-nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus/graphene oxide chemical composite deposition layer improves corrosion resistance, wear resistance and surface hardness of carbon steel.
