NOVELTY - The preparation of modified graphene oxide/epoxy composite anticorrosive coating, involves (i) adding N,N-dimethylformamide, graphene oxide, catalyst, diglycidyl ether and glycidyl neodecanoate in a reactor, heating, cooling, centrifuging, placing the centrifugal cake in a vacuum dryer at 80 degrees C, and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ii) adding modified graphene oxide, E-44 epoxy resin, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and defoamer in a three-roll mill, milling, adding Sunmide 315 (RTM: polyamide) curing agent, and continually polishing. USE - Preparation of modified graphene oxide/epoxy composite anticorrosive coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of modified graphene oxide/epoxy composite anticorrosive coating, involves (i) adding 100 parts mass N,N-dimethylformamide, 20-60 parts mass graphene oxide, 1-3 parts mass catalyst, 2-5 parts mass diglycidyl ether, 2-5 parts mass glycidyl neodecanoate in a reactor, heating at 120-150 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling to 30 degrees C, centrifuging, placing the centrifugal cake in a vacuum dryer at 80 degrees C, controlling absolute pressure to less than or equal to 20 Pa, and drying for 4 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ii) adding 0.1-0.5 part mass modified graphene oxide, 20-50 parts mass E-44 epoxy resin, 100 parts mass ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 0.1-0.3 part mass defoamer in a three-roll mill, milling for 3-8 hours, adding 5-15 parts mass Sunmide 315 (RTM: polyamide) curing agent, and continually polishing for 10 minutes to obtain modified graphene oxide/epoxy composite anticorrosive coating.
