NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene metal material involves providing a containing cavity and a growth cavity, where containing cavity is connected with the growth cavity; placing a metal growth substrate in the growth chamber, and placing the growth raw material in the containing cavity; setting the reaction conditions by vacuumizing the accommodating cavity and the growing cavity to a background vacuum to less than 10 Pa; and accessing the surrounding cavity into the protective gas. The protective gas is introduced from the containing chamber and discharged from the growing chamber after the growth is completed. The temperature is adjusted to 300-500degrees Celsius, adjusting the temperature in the accommodating chamber to 20-50degrees Celsius C and the growth time is 10-200 minutes. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen-doped graphene metal material used in metal anti-corrosion. Uses include but are not limited to energy storage and conversion device, nano electronic device, multifunctional sensor, flexible wearable electronic and electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The method provides nitrogen-doped graphene with high quality, corrosion resistance, and increased service life. The metal material formed using the metal material has excellent anti-corrosion property, flexibility, heat conduction property, conductivity, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance.
