▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing nanocomposite, comprises (a) preparing zinc oxide tetrapod, and (b) performing hydrothermal self-assembly process on the zinc oxide tetrapod to obtain graphene. USE - The method is useful for producing nanocomposite (claimed) of field emission electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, produces nanocomposite in bulk, and produces electrode having low operating electric field and high emission current density, and high sensitivity in visible light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanocomposite comprising a substrate, zinc oxide tetrapod dispersed and coated on the substrate, and a graphene coated on the zinc oxide tetrapod surface.
