NOVELTY - Anti-sticking glass glaze comprises 1-3 pts. wt. sodium oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. boron oxide, 35-55 pts. wt. biogas oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-10 pts. wt. corrosion-proof reinforcing agent and 10-20 pts. wt. copper chromium black. USE - Used as an anti-sticking glass glaze for automobile. ADVANTAGE - The anti-sticking glass glaze material has low melting point and copper chromium black as glass ink in the process of heating to melting, oxidizing into non-molten metal oxide or high-valent oxide, staying on the surface of the glaze layer, so as to prevent the glazing layer and the glass mould cloth, reaching the anti-stick effect. The corrosion-proof reinforcing agent takes graphene oxide as substrate, graphene oxide has good corrosion resistance effect, it can enhance the anticorrosion effect of the glass glazing. The aluminum trichloride and carbon tetrachloride are uniformly mixed under the condition of converting to 150-200r/minute and the temperature of 10-15℃, and the rotating speed is 200-300 revolutions per minute.
