▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Soybean glue, comprises soybean meal, dispersant, toughening agent, reinforcing agent and water, where the dispersant is glucose/guanidine hydrochloride eutectic solvent, the toughening agent is aminated grapheme and the reinforcing agent is water solution of modified polyamide polyamine epoxy chloropropane. USE - The glue is useful in preparation of plywood. ADVANTAGE - The glue is easy to form a cross-linked structure; has a high cross-linking density, stable performance, good dry strength, good water resistance bonding performance, and stable product quality; reduces weak interface layer; can meet the water resistance and process requirements of plywood adhesives; and ensure the practical performance of biomass adhesives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - (1) An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing soybean glue comprising obtaining toughening agent, reinforcing agent and dispersant, where the preparation method of the toughening agent comprises (i) (a) reacting diethylenetriamine and succinic anhydride in an oil bath at 48-52degrees Celsius for 1.8-2.2 hours, heating to 138-142degrees Celsius for 2.8-3.2 hours of melt polycondensation to obtain polyamide; (b) graphite oxide Ultrasonic dispersion in N,N-dimethylformamide; (c) adding polyamide, heating to 48-52degrees Celsius, and reacting for 7.5-8.5 hours, and/or, the preparation method of the enhancer includes (a) mixing polysebacic anhydride, diethylenetriamine and 44-45% with sulfuric acid to form a mixed system, heating to 128-132degrees Celsius, and adding adipic acid, and reacting at 160-170degrees Celsius for 1.8-2.2 hours, where mixed system mass ratio to sulfuric acid is 100: (0.8-1.2); (ii) adjusting the solid content of the product with water to obtain a polyamide prepolymer with a solid content of 48-52%; (iii) adding epichlorohydrin dropwise to react at 58-62degrees Celsius, for 1.8-2.2 hours; and (iv)adjusting the pH of the product to 5.8-6.2; and/or, the preparation method of the dispersant includes mixing glucose and guanidine hydrochloride and heating to 68- 72degrees Celsius.
