▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The screen has a base film whose surface is provided with an ITO conductive layer. The ITO conductive layer is provided with a window region, a bending part and an edge lead region. A graphene layer is provided with the bending part of the ITO conductive layer. The edge lead region of the ITO conductive layer and a metal electrode are overlapped with a graphene lead region, where thickness of the conductive layer is measured about 1-500 nanometer. USE - Surface foldable-type touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The screen utilizes the graphene film attached with a touch control sensor in manufacturing process so as to achieve bend resistance of the ITO film of the touch control sensor, thus improving service life and stability of the foldable touch control sensor, hence enhancing bending-resistant bending region of the conductive layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene layer is formed as a single-layer and multi-layer graphene film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a surface foldable-type touch screen manufacturing method.
