NOVELTY - An automobile paint component, comprises acrylate-epoxy resin emulsion and graphene oxide. The acrylate-epoxy resin emulsion contains emulsion particles. The particle size distribution range of the emulsion particles is 1-10 nm. The emulsion particles are at least partially dispersed between graphene oxide layers. USE - Automobile paint component. ADVANTAGE - The stability of the coating film is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of automotive paint component, which involves mixing graphene oxide and sodium azide aqueous solution, ultrasonic reaction, filtering, washing and drying to obtain pretreated graphene oxide, dispersing the pretreated graphene oxide in N-methylpyrrolidone, adding lithium aluminum hydride and performing a heating reduction reaction to obtain modified graphene oxide, mixing epoxy resin, dodecyl phenol, xylene, and dimethylbenzylamine under inert gas protection, heating when the epoxy equivalent value reaches 1200-1300 g/eq, cooling down, when the temperature drops to 80-90 degrees C, adding ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, xylene, isobutanol and methylol ethanolamine, stirring, mixing, adding cationic acrylate, crosslinking agent and modified graphene oxide, heating and stirring to react, adding an acid solution to adjust the acid value to 40-50 mg potassium hydroxide/g, stirring, mixing uniformly and discharging.
