▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves re-grinding infusible-treated polycarbosilane (PCS) powder, and putting the PCS powder into an anisotropic mold. The polycarbosilane is converted into amorphous silicon carbide by thermally decomposing a molded body by heat treatment in an inert atmosphere, where all or a part of the lengths in x-axis, y-axis and z-axis directions are different from each other in three dimensions. The an isotropic silicon carbide block includes a graphene phase and a nano-sized beta -phase silicon carbide crystal. The heat treatment is performed at 1000-1450 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for producing an anisotropic shape amorphous silicon carbide block heating element. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture anisotropic microwave-compatible amorphous silicon carbide block heating element in a simple and cost-effective manner with high exothermic efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for manufacturing amorphous silicon carbide block heating element (Drawing includes non-English language text).
