NOVELTY - A metal substrate is provided to a reaction chamber, heated at 600-1000 degrees C in non-oxidizing atmosphere, and gases inside reaction chamber are removed. A gas mixture of oxygen and an inert gas is supplied to reaction chamber, and exhaust gases are removed. The mixed gas of hydrogen and an inert gas is fed, and the atmosphere in reaction chamber is heated to deposition temperature, and exhaust gases are removed. Hydrogen and carbon source are supplied to reaction chamber, to obtain graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with reduced number of surface black spots and sheet resistance, and increased transmission rate.
