▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing auxetic polyurethane foam, comprises: e.g. preparing a premix of a polyol containing 1-90 pts. wt. polyether and/or polyester polyols having a molecular weight of 400-150000 g/mol, a hydroxy number of 10-700 mg potassium hydroxide/g and a functionality of 2-6, 0.01-15 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.01-10 pts. wt. amine catalysts and organometallic compounds, 0.01-20 pts. wt. organic blowing agents; adding the premix of polyol to 0.01-30 pts. wt. nanofiller as a layered aluminosilicate, preferably a montmorillonite, nanofiller of graphene oxide and/or reduced graphene oxide. USE - The process is useful for preparing auxetic polyurethane foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing auxetic polyurethane foam, comprises: preparing a premix of a polyol containing 1-90 pts. wt. polyether and/or polyester polyols having a molecular weight of 400-150000 g/mol, a hydroxy number of 10-700 mg potassium hydroxide/g and a functionality of 2-6, 0.01-15 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.01-10 pts. wt. amine catalysts and organometallic compounds, 0.01-20 pts. wt. organic blowing agents; adding the premix of polyol to 0.01-30 pts. wt. nanofiller as a layered aluminosilicate, preferably a montmorillonite, nanofiller of graphene oxide and/or reduced graphene oxide; homogenizing the obtained reaction mixture and mixing with the isocyanate equivalent to isocyanate index of 0.6-3; and subjecting the obtained polyurethane foam to thermocompression volumetric compression ratio of 0.1-10 at 30-400 degrees C for 10-300 minutes and cooling the foam.
