NOVELTY - Preparation of 2,3-dichloropyridine involves ultrasonically stripping graphite oxide obtained from natural graphite, carrying out molecular assembly of graphite oxide and copper oxide, obtaining graphene-copper oxide composite catalyst, adding 2-chloro-3-aminopyridine and concentrated hydrochloric acid to the reactor (I), cooling to -5 degrees C, gradually adding an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite, controlling the temperature to -5 degrees C, adding hydrochloric acid and composite catalyst to reactor (II), dripping mixture in reactor (I) under nitrogen protection, gradually increasing the temperature to 40 degrees C, reacting for 1 hour, extracting with dichloromethane, rotary-evaporating organic phase, obtaining crude 2,3-dichloropyridine, recrystallizing and purifying. USE - Preparation of 2,3-dichloropyridine. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides 2,3-dichloropyridine without affecting the environment.
