▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a substrate. A multilayer nitrogen-doped graphene film is formed on the substrate. Heat-treating process is performed on the substrate when the nitrogen-doped graphene film is formed for recrystallizing the nitrogen-doped graphene film to obtain a transparent conductive electrode. Nitrogen-doped graphene particles are manufactured. The nitrogen-doped graphene particles are deposited on the substrate by electrophoresis. Graphene oxide is manufactured from flake graphite, where the graphene oxide manufactures the nitrogen-doped graphene particles. The flake graphite is mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate to obtain the graphene oxide. USE - Method for manufacturing transparent conductive electrodes for solar cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the transparent conductive electrode for effectively improving conductivity of the transparent conductive electrode and reducing manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a transparent conductive electrode for solar cells. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for manufacturing transparent conductive electrodes for solar cells. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
