▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-cadmium telluride/cadmium sulfide (GO-CdTe/CdS) nanocomposite material comprises CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dots covalently loaded on prepared polyethylenimine-functionalized GO (PEI-GO). USE - GO-CdTe/CdS nanocomposite material used as nano fluorescent probe for photoelectric, biosensor and biomedical fields. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has large specific surface area, good water solubility, and high fluorescence intensity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of GO-CdTe/CdS nanocomposite material by: (A) dissolving cadmium source and stabilizer in distilled water, adjusting pH to 8.5-9.5, and stirring under nitrogen protection for 20-30 minutes to obtain Cd2+ precursor; (B) adding tellurium source to Cd2+ precursor solution, refluxing at 100 degrees C for 60-120 minutes under nitrogen protection, purifying, and dissolving in distilled water to obtain CdTe quantum dot solution; (C) dissolving cadmium source, thioacetamide (TAA) and stabilizer in distilled water, adjusting pH to 8.5-9.5, stirring under nitrogen protection for 30 minutes to obtain CdS shell solution, adding CdTe quantum dot solution, refluxing at 100 degrees C 60-120 minutes under nitrogen protection, purifying, and dissolving in distilled water to obtain CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dot solution; (D) adding GO and catalyst to solvent, ultrasonically treating for 3 hours, adding PEI, ultrasonically reacting for 24 hours, and dialyzing to obtain PEI-GO; and (E) adding CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dot solution and crosslinking agent to distilled water, ultrasonically treating for 3 hours, adding PEI-GO, ultrasonically reacting for 24 hours, and dialyzing. In step (A), the ratio of cadmium, stabilizer and distilled water is 0.125-0.25:0.3-0.6:100-200. In step (C), the ratio of cadmium source, TAA, stabilizer and distilled water is 0.125-0.25:0.125-0.25:0.6-1.2:200. In step (D), the ratio of GO, catalyst, solvent and PEI is 0.1-0.2:0.1-0.2:10-20:0.15-3. In step (E), the weight ratio of CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dot, crosslinking agent and PEI-GO is 0.01-0.02:0.04-0.08:0.02-0.04.
