NOVELTY - Agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. carboxymethyl chitosan, 10-16 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, 24-32 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 4-8 pts. wt. ferrous sulfate, 6-14 pts. wt. graphene flakes, 4-11 pts. wt. phloroglucinol, 8-12 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 12-16 pts. wt. modified coal ash and 6-12 pts. wt. sodium aescinate. USE - The agent is useful in the preparation of a product for treating industrial wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agent effectively reduces chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, total phosphorus, total nitrogen and heavy metals in industrial wastewater, ensures that the treated industrial wastewater meets the discharge standards, and meets the market's performance requirements for wastewater treatment agents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the agent, which involves (i) crushing and sieving kaolin through a 50-80 mesh sieve to obtain kaolin powder, (ii) mixing carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium lignosulfonate, polyacrylamide and ferrous sulfate with the obtained kaolin powder, adding to a stirring vessel and stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 40-60 minutes to obtain a mixture (A), (iii) mixing graphene flakes, phloroglucinol and polyethylene glycol with the obtained mixture (A), stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 80-90 minutes, and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixture (B), and (iv) mixing modified coal ash and sodium aescinate with the obtained mixture (B), stirring uniformly and drying the stirred product.
