▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/polymeric foam material comprises three-dimensional network graphene and polymer foam composite. The material comprises 0.01-10 wt.% graphene and 90-99.99 wt.% polymer. The density of foam composite is 0.06- 100 mg/cm3, porosity is 60-99.9%, electric conductivity is 0.0-1000 S/cm and electromagnetic shielding performance is 1-l00 dB. USE - Graphene/polymeric foam material used in aviation, aerospace or portable electronic devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has low density and rich surface or interface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of graphene/polymeric foam material comprising mixing graphene/metal foam composite and polymer precursor to ensure surface of graphene/metal foam composite is coated; and curing mixture, dissolving and removing metal foam substrate; and (2) growing of graphene on porous metal foam surface by chemical vapor deposition technique and highly conductive three-dimensional network structure in seamless connection.
