NOVELTY - Polyurea paint comprises a first agent comprising an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer prepared from aliphatic diisocyanate, aromatic diisocyanate, polyetheramine and polyhexamethylene carbonate diol. A second agent comprising a polyamine mixture including polyetheramine and polyasparticamine, surface-modified graphene oxide, surface-modified cordierite, and surface-modified heat shielding particles. USE - The polyurea paint is useful for interior and exterior of buildings. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent thermal insulation performance and thermal shock resistance, has excellent waterproof performance, can be stably maintained for long period even when exposed to ultraviolet rays and heat for a long period of time, and change in physical properties according to the temperature change is small, and has excellent durability and adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing polyurea paint, comprising mixing first agent comprising isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer prepared from aliphatic diisocyanate, aromatic diisocyanate, polyetheramine and polyhexamethylene carbonate diol, and a second agent comprising a polyamine mixture including polyetheramine and polyasparticamine, surface-modified graphene oxide, surface-modified cordierite, and surface-modified heat shielding particles to prepare a coating composition.
