NOVELTY - Black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material comprises rubber latex, black talc powder with a fineness of 800-1250 mesh, graphene oxide, flocculant, anti-aging agent, accelerator, vulcanizing agent and active agent. The flocculant includes at least one of aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride, calcium chloride, ferric sulfate, ferric chloride, polyaluminum sulfate, polyferric sulfate, polyphosphorus chloride and polysilicate ferric sulfate mixture. The antioxidant includes at least one of Antioxidant TMQ, Antioxidant TPPD, Antioxidant 4020, antioxidant AH, antioxidant AP and antioxidant BA. The accelerators are thiazole accelerators, sulfenamide accelerators, thiuram accelerators, thiourea accelerators, aldehyde ammonia accelerators, dithiocarbamate accelerators, and guanidine accelerators and/or xanthate accelerators. The vulcanizing agent includes sulfur, metal oxides and/or peroxide-based vulcanizing agents. USE - Used as a black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material has excellent performance in reinforcement, wear resistance and barrier properties. The method has simple preparation process, strong operability and easy industrialization; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber latex, 10-30 pts. wt. black talc powder with a fineness of 800-1250 mesh, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. flocculant, 0.2-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 8-15 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-5 pts. wt. active agent. The flocculant includes at least one of aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride, calcium chloride, ferric sulfate, ferric chloride, polyaluminum sulfate, polyferric sulfate, polyphosphorus chloride and polysilicate ferric sulfate mixture. The antioxidant includes at least one of poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethyl-quinoline (Antioxidant TMQ), N-(p-toluene-sulphonylamido-N'-phenylene diamine) (Antioxidant TPPD), N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (Antioxidant 4020), antioxidant AH, antioxidant AP and antioxidant BA. The accelerators are thiazole accelerators, sulfenamide accelerators, thiuram accelerators, thiourea accelerators, aldehyde ammonia accelerators, dithiocarbamate accelerators, and guanidine accelerators and/or xanthate accelerators. The quality of the rubber latex is based on their solid content. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material comprising (a) preparing black talc/graphene oxide composite suspension by taking fineness of the recipe amount to be 800-1250 purpose black talc powder and graphene oxide, adding water respectively to obtain black talc suspension and graphene oxide suspension, mixing and uniformly dispersing to obtain black talc/graphene oxide composite suspension, (b) blending and flocculating by mixing the black talc/graphene oxide composite prepared in step (a) with the rubber particles of the formula, insulating at 60-80degreesC, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding flocculant, allowing to stand for 2-4 hours, drying and dehydrating at 60-120degrees Celsius to obtain preparation of black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite semi-finished products, (c) kneading by mixing black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite semi-finished product prepared by step (b) with antioxidant, accelerator, vulcanizing agent and activating agent, uniformly mixing on a double-roll mill at 25-45degreesC for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a mixed rubber and (d) vulcanizing by vulcanizing rubber compound prepared in step (c) on a flat vulcanizer at 120-180degrees Celsius under vulcanization pressure of 10-20 MPa for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the black talc/graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite material.
