▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of corrosion-resistant aluminum-carbon composite material involves preparing aluminum-carbon composite powder (S1) by mixing and ball-milling graphene, aluminum powder and a process control agent under argon protective atmosphere, heating and heat-preserving, and preparing the aluminum-carbon composite material (S2) by carrying out rotary extrusion on the composite powder by large plastic deformation. USE - Preparation of corrosion resistant aluminum-carbon composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides aluminum-carbon composite material has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength metallurgy combination, improved phase interface impedance, weakening local micro-galvanic couple effect and corrosion resistance on macro and micro aspects, does not carry out melting-solidifying process, reduces energy needed by sintering, is simple and environmentally-friendly, and reduces energy consumption.
