NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene reinforced rigid polyvinyl chloride gas drainage pipe comprising graphene, polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, and recycled material, involves (a) adding the above-mentioned ingredients to a high-speed mixer, heating at 100-120℃, evenly stirring, cooling to below 60℃, and discharging to obtain a premix, and (b) adding the premix to the extruder, melting, plasticizing, mixing, and continuously extruding from the machine head to the tube shape to obtain the gas drainage pipe. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced rigid polyvinyl chloride gas drainage pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method replaces carbon black with graphene, improves the antistatic ability of pipes, improves the impact resistance of the pipe, increases the shelf-life of pipe, and uses the waste polyvinyl chloride pipe as the raw material for the production of the polyvinyl chloride pipe to make full use of resources, and reduces the impact of the disposal of the waste polyvinyl chloride pipe on the environment.
