NOVELTY - Automobile intelligent central control multi-layer plate comprises an inner semi-curing sheet layer (1) set at middle part, whose upper and lower sides are provided with an inner copper foil layer (2). The upper surface of the inner copper foil layer is provided with an outer solidifying sheet layer (3) whose upper surface is provided with an outer copper foil layer (4). The outer surface of the outer copper foil layer is provided with a flame retardant protective layer (5). The inner semi-curing sheet layer is composed of modified resin glue and modified inorganic fiber. The outer solidifying sheet layer is composed of modified resin glue and modified organic fiber. The flame-retardant protective layer comprises 30-60% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene modified polycarbonate, 15-25% methyl octabromide ether, 15-20% composite silicon micro-powder, 10-25% ammonium polyphosphate, 10-16% nano-grade aluminum hydroxide, 5-15% melamine phosphate and 5-15% superfine glass fiber. USE - Used as automobile intelligent central control multi-layer plate. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer plate improves the flame retardant and insulating property of multiple layers, accelerates the heat dissipation, realizes the small-angle bending, improves the strength and toughness of the prepreg, and improves the mechanical properties.
