NOVELTY - The column has a solid phase extracting agent fixed with a separating unit and formed with a grapheme layer. The grapheme layer filled with graphene carboxyl, cyano group, nitrate graphene, graphite or boric acid phosphonium acid graphite solution. A hollow polypropylene plastic column base is fixed with a porous alumina plate that is formed with a solid phase extracting layer. USE - Solid phase extraction column. ADVANTAGE - The column can improve solid-phase extraction efficiency and satisfy needs of a target component in an efficient manner so as to ensure subsequent distortion detecting efficiency of the target component.
