NOVELTY - Preparation of aqueous epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer comprises mixing tap water, magnesium silicate and aqueous organic bentonite, adding aqueous epoxy curing agent, neutralizer, co-solvent, aqueous dispersion, aqueous suds suppressor, defoamer and anti-flash corrosion agent, mixing, adding carbon black and aqueous zinc phosphate, dispersing, milling, adding barium sulfate, graphene and ferrotitanium powder, dispersing, adding co-solvent, wetting agent and aqueous aluminum paste, stirring, adjusting viscosity using distilled water, and drying at 25 degrees C for 48 hours. USE - Method for preparing aqueous epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The primer has up to 4000 hours duration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of aqueous epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer comprises mixing tap water, magnesium silicate and aqueous organic bentonite, adding aqueous epoxy curing agent, neutralizer, co-solvent, aqueous dispersion, aqueous suds suppressor, defoamer and anti-flash corrosion agent, mixing, adding carbon black and aqueous zinc phosphate, dispersing, milling, adding barium sulfate, graphene and ferrotitanium powder, dispersing, adding co-solvent, wetting agent and aqueous aluminum paste, stirring, adjusting viscosity using distilled water, and drying at 25 degrees C for 48 hours. Aqueous epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer comprises component A and component B at ratio of 100:40. Component A comprises 15-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 wt.% aqueous aluminum paste,0.2-0.8 wt.% carbon black, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 10-20 wt.% barium sulfate, 5-10 wt.% aqueous zinc phosphate, 15-20 wt.% ferrotitanium powder, 0.3-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.2 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-0.2 wt.% suds suppressor, 2-3.5 wt.% co-solvent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% wetting solvent, 0.5-0.8 wt.% neutralizer, 0.3-0.5 wt.% hydrous magnesium sulfate, 0.3-0.5 wt.% aqueous organic bentonite, 0.5-1 wt.% anti-flash corrosion agent and 15-17 wt.% deionized water. Component B comprises aqueous epoxy resin emulsion.
