An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene modified conductive agent, which involves uniformly mixing elemental carbon, graphene derivatives and carbon-containing compounds in medium, grinding for 0.1-40 hours, drying at 10-300 degrees C and treating in non-oxidizing gas atmosphere at 300-800 degrees C for 1-24 hours, where the graphene modified conductive agent comprises carbon/carbon/graphene composite (Cx/Cy/G(1-x-y)).
