▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorine-containing single-component polyurea coating is prepared by uniformly and ultrasonically dispersing 0.1-0.7 part mass sulfonated graphene in 85-100 parts mass water-based polyurea emulsion, to obtain a modified water-based polyurea coating. USE - Fluorine-containing single-component polyurea coating for anti-sticking and anti-wear coating. ADVANTAGE - The water-based polyurea emulsion has excellent dispersion stability and material water resistance performance, and the emulsion performed well in stability testing items such as dilution, heat storage, freeze-thaw, and there was no abnormal change in state. The method adds sulfonated graphene, which has more excellent compatibility and dispersion in water-based polyurea, can remain stable for more than 28 days without delamination, and significantly improves the waterproof performance of the coating. The sulfonated graphene blocks the penetration of corrosive media and effectively prolongs the permeation path because it is uniformly dispersed in water-based polyurea, which forms a corrosion protection barrier, effectively blocking the erosion of moisture, so that the water-based polyurea coating has the most excellent corrosion resistance.
