▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing electrolytic manganese filter press residue of deammonia nitrogen and desulfurization, comprises (i) adding slaked lime into the raw material of the electrolytic manganese pressure filter residue, adjusting the pH value to 11-13, carrying out deammonia nitrogen at 80-100℃ undergas flow rate of 80-120 l/hours, adding an adsorption aid, stirring, leaching, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain a deammonia nitrogen product, where the adsorption aid is a bacterial mixed solution doped with nanoparticles; (ii)drying and crushing the deammonia nitrogen product, adding coke powder and activator, ball milling, and roasting to obtain a desulfurization product; and (iii) dry-cooling desulfurized product to obtain the electrolytic manganese pressure filter residue of deammonia nitrogen and desulfurization. USE - The filter press residue is useful as deoxidizing agent in steel making. ADVANTAGE - The method provides deammoniation nitrogen, desulfurization of electrolytic manganese filter slag harmless treatment, reducing the harmful substance of the waste gas in the production process, further reducing the environment pollution. The method can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen and sulfur content of the slag, reduce the emission concentration of nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas, the nitrogen oxide content reaches the national standard discharge level, and improve the catalytic activity of the component, and can greatly reduce the oxygen content in the molten steel when applied to the steel-making deoxidation process, and improves the quality of the subsequent product.
