NOVELTY - Zinc oxide(ZnO)-doped tin oxide(SnO2)-graphene aerogel gas- sensitive material is prepared by weighing tin source, zinc source and reducing agent into de-ionized water, and stirring for a period of time, adding alcohol solution and graphene oxide solution for crosslinking, then adding alkaline reagent to adjust PH value, then putting into a hydrothermal reaction kettle to react, obtaining ZnO-doped SnO2-graphene sol; aging the prepared sol into a container, standing the gel completely, pouring into aging solution, obtaining ZnO-doped SnO2-graphene sol-gel; putting the ZnO -oped SnO2-graphene sol into freeze drier, drying at - 50 to - 60 degrees C and 1-3Pa, under constant temperature and constant pressure state, maintained for 24-48 hours, and obtaining ZnO-doped SnO2-graphene aerogel gas sensitive material. USE - The method is for preparing ZnO-doped SnO2-graphene aerogel gas- sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses one-step hydrothermal reduction method to prepare aerogel samples, has simple material, simple technique, reduces negative effect caused by impurity, which can improve the sample purity and gas-sensing performance. The prepared ZnO-doped SnO2-graphene aerogel material has high selectivity, high sensitivity and high electron mobility. It has a density of 0.09-0.14g/cm3, response time of 60-180 seconds, and response degree of 28-34%.
