▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing frozen porous medicine-loaded and cell-loaded microspheres comprise (i) adding lipopolysaccharide, photothermal responsive material and hydrogel material to deionized water, configuring to obtain a mixed hydrogel solution, taking mixed hydrogel solution as inner phase and silicone oil as the outer phase, and preparing a water-in-oil type solution by a microfluidic device, (ii) placing water-in-oil solution prepared in the step (i) in a -20℃ environment for pre-freezing, then placing in liquid nitrogen for freezing treatment, then using ultraviolet irradiation for curing, and using ethanol for washing to obtain photothermal responsive frozen porous medicine-loaded microspheres, and (iii) soaking the photothermal responsive frozen porous medicine-loaded microspheres obtained in the step (ii) in a medium containing mesenchymal stem cells to obtain photothermally responsive frozen porous medicine-loaded and cell-loaded microspheres. USE - The microspheres are is useful in preparing medicines for treating acute liver failure (claimed).
