NOVELTY - The device has a table (1) connected with a lower part of a refrigerating sheet (2). A metal conductor is connected with a power supply unit that is connected with positive and negative electrodes. A cold side unit is connected with the table. An N-type semiconductor is formed with graphene layer. A P-type semiconductor and the N-type semiconductor are formed with a uniform graphene unit. A heat absorber is formed with the graphene layer. The cold side unit is formed with a graphite heat conducting layer (11). The power supply unit is provided with an electric current regulating unit. USE - Open cooling device.
